High Rise Self Standing Wall

Drytech Drywall is a high performance light weight partition system 1/10th of conventional construction; cladded with gypsum plaster boards/ composite boards on either side, fixed with the help of drywall screws. We have built upto 18 meter high drywall without any structural member. Height of the drywall depends on the thickness of the partitions, stud spacing and many more technicalities like flexural strength, shear etc.

We design drywalls as per the performance required by the client.

Drytech High Rise Self Standing Drywall is a Floor Anchored Galvanized Iron (G.I.) Structure with drywall boards on one or both sides to act as a partition between two areas. This wall is designed to resist specific environmental pressures like wind pressure with only floor anchorage and no connection at the top. There are variable factors which are aptly studied and the system is designed after then. This particular wall does not require plinth beam or RCC Structure to go upto 15 mtrs. At the bottom, we only need RCC Tremix floor of 150mm thickness and at the top we need either structural member of the factory building (PEB Rafter or Truss or purlin). This wall has got this advantage that it does not require any structural member in between.

The variable factors (some depend on each other and some may not) are Height of the wall, Thickness of the wall, load bearing, wind pressure, place of installation, thickness of the metal used, strength of the metal used etc. This wall can be shaped as per requirement but it affects the variable factors resulting in design changes.

 

This wall is typically used where the building structure cannot be over burdened with the wall load or any pressure or load to the structure of the building is not allowed. As said above, the USP of this product is that it is built to suit and has no anchorage at the top for which we use our own developed design to make this possible.
